Air Conditioning Installation and Service You Can Trust
Harris Refrigeration has been proudly serving St. Mary Parish, Houma, and Thibodaux homeowners and businesses for years. You can trust us for all your cooling and heating service needs, whether it’s air-conditioning maintenance, repair, or picking out a new system for your home.
Because an air conditioning system that isn’t maintained properly will increase a homeowner’s utility bills and shorten the life of the equipment, Harris Refrigeration offers Preventive Maintenance Plans to help avoid system downtime and costly equipment repairs. We dispatch our technicians to your home on a seasonal basis to inspect your system and locate any minor issues your system may have before they can degrade overall system performance.
A few of the items we check during the maintenance are the electrical connections, refrigerant levels, clean outdoor coils, inspect indoor coils, lubricate moving parts, and inspect condensate drain.
PIECE OF MIND
Automatic, periodic inspections, lubricating, adjusting, safety testing, and cleaning of your cooling and heating equipment keeps it running at peak efficiency.
A maintenance agreement increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, you will receive priority service and even if it is after hours you will not pay any overtime charges.
Ten percent discount on repair parts needed to repair your system.
*Discount does not include compressors, heat exchangers, replacement systems, or labor to repair such items.
You will receive two inspections per year, once for the cooling season and once for the heating season.
When your air conditioner breaks down and you realize AC repair is necessary, it’s critical to always call the professionals. Southern Louisiana heat can almost be unbearable so you wouldn’t want to take the risk of trying to fix things alone.
Harris Refrigeration has trained technicians who are knowledgeable in all types and makes of air conditioning equipment and how to repair them, and we can do the job correctly the first time.
