We dispatch our technicians to your home on a seasonal basis to inspect your system and locate any minor issues your system may have before they can degrade overall system performance.
A few of the items we check during the maintenance are the electrical connections, refrigerant levels, clean outdoor coils, inspect indoor coils, lubricate moving parts, and inspect condensate drain.

A maintenance agreement increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, you will receive priority service and even if it is after hours you will not pay any overtime charges.
